I may only stand 4'11", but don’t let that fool you - my journey’s been anything but small.
From being a TV presenter on MTV, BBC, ITV and Sky, to working alongside a UK billionaire, to receiving an OBE for my humanitarian work…I’ve lived through the extraordinary and the excruciating.
I’ve faced deep loss, battled self-doubt, and found my way through reinvention, more than once.
But what I really believe defines me: my unshakeable faith, my raw honesty and my passion for helping women over 40 reclaim their power.
